The Orlando World Center Marriott is the conference site and host hotel. This is where all sessions and activities are held. Space is limited so reserve your room early by calling the conference hotline. Make your hotel reservations as early as possible to avoid having to stay at a less convenient location.

We have negotiated a special rate with the host hotel of $229 single or double occupancy per night. Orlando’s guest room occupancy tax is 12.5%. The special conference rate will be honored starting three days before the start of conference through three days after the end of the conference, based upon availability. Space is limited so reserve your room early by registering online or by calling the conference hotline at 800-505-1201 or 203-268-3204. All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card to confirm room. A deposit of the first night room and tax will be charged. Confirmations will be sent via email directly from the hotel within 7-10 days of securing you reservation.

**Cancellations must be received by the hotel 72 hours prior to the confirmed arrival date to receive refund of deposit.

Parking at the hotel: Self parking is $10 per day and Valet is available for $18 per day.

Airport Shuttle
Mears Transportation is the designated ground carrier at Orlando International Airport. The shuttle maybe picked up at Level 1 of the airport. Visit www.mearstransportation.com for reservations. Rates: $19.00 one-way and $31.00 roundtrip.
